Alrighty, since we didn’t have much luck with the smash cake the first time around we decided L.L. deserved a do-over. Especially since Momma was the one who scared her out of biting down on the whole cake. (I got a little too excited.)
Little by little she is making her way through the zucchini bread cake. She really loves the cream cheese frosting and doesn’t get bites of the cake unless we pull them off for her. She is even dainty with picking off the frosting. I think I have only seen her grab one big hunk off, then look at it on all sides and pop it in her mouth.
Thursday we finished the whole cake. Which means it took her five days to finish it with a little help from Mom + Dad. We couldn’t help ourselves.
